We aim to provide a clear, fair and efficient process for returns and warranty claims, tailored to automotive parts and international logistics.
UK / EU / EMEA - Change of Mind Returns
Customers within the UK, EU and EMEA regions may return unwanted items within 60 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- Buyer covers return postage costs
- Items must be unused, unfitted and free from any installation attempts
- Items must be returned in original packaging and resaleable condition
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
Return addresses:
- UK orders - returns to UK address
- EU / EMEA orders - returns to a designated EU return address provided by us

Rest of World - Change of Mind Returns
For orders outside the UK, EU and EMEA:
- Return period: 30 days from delivery
- Buyer covers all return shipping costs
- Only the product value is refundable
- Outbound shipping and any additional charges are non-refundable
Warranty (Most Products - 24 Months)
Most products are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery.
Warranty details may be confirmed on the product page or on the purchase invoice.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe a product is faulty or not performing as expected:

- We will provide a Warranty Claim Form
- The form must be completed and approved before return
Once approved:
- Buyer covers return shipping costs
- UK returns - UK address
- EU / EMEA / ROW - EU or UK address, whichever is more cost-effective, as instructed by us
Warranty Processing Time
We aim to inspect and process warranty claims within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item.
In more complex cases requiring technical assessment, processing may take up to 30 working days.
Warranty Resolution
Within 30 Days of Delivery
If a fault is confirmed:
- Full refund of the product price
- Original shipping cost may be refunded where applicable under consumer rights
- Return shipping cost may be reimbursed if the claim is confirmed as a manufacturing defect
After 30 Days (Within Warranty Period)
If a fault is confirmed:
- We reserve the right to repair the item
- We reserve the right to replace the item
- A refund may be issued if repair or replacement is not possible
International Warranty Returns
- Buyer covers return shipping costs
- We do not provide prepaid return labels
- International return shipping costs are not reimbursed
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide repair, replacement or refund.
Customs & Return Declaration (International)
For all international returns:
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
- Parcels must be clearly declared as "RETURNED GOODS"
Failure to declare correctly may result in import VAT or handling charges, which may be deducted from the refund.
Important Notes
- Items showing signs of installation, use or damage may be refused
- Incorrect diagnosis or installation-related damage is not covered by warranty
- We strongly recommend confirming compatibility by VIN or part number before purchase
- We recommend using tracked services for all returns
